How does PureLipo™ work?
PureLipo™, also known as BodySculpting, is an advanced tumescent liposuction procedure performed without general anesthesia, using very small instruments to permanently remove excess fat from most areas of the body. It is called “tumescent” because the physician fills and swells the fatty areas to be removed with a special solution containing local anesthetic. The fat is then removed with straw-like tubes called cannulas, which are much smaller than those used in traditional liposuction. Because the tumescent solution completely anesthetizes the area, no general anesthesia or heavy sedation is required. The trained physician artistically sculpts the body into a new shape using these delicate instruments. The finer instruments allow the physician to target specific areas with increased accuracy and control.
How is PureLipo™ different?
